1999年8月3日，亨利以1610萬歐轉(zhuǎn)會費從尤文加盟阿森納，英超官方社媒曬出亨利在阿森納的視頻集錦，配文：“亨利加盟阿森納，一筆永遠改變英超的簽約。”
亨利1999年到2007年、2012年兩度效力阿森納，為槍手出戰(zhàn)377場比賽，打進228球，助攻101次，幫助球隊贏得7座冠軍獎杯，包括2座英超獎杯。
